Do-Not Solicit List

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in order to protect the health of the citizens and business community, please be advised that on March 17, 2020 the City Council of the City of Grapevine took action to approve the continuation of the Mayor’s Declaration of a State of Local Disaster due to a Public Health Emergency for the City of Grapevine pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 9, Section 9-2 of the City of Grapevine, and the Texas Government Code Section 418.108(a).  That this declaration of local disaster shall be extended for a period of 90 days, unless earlier terminated, and may be continued or extended as deemed necessary by the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas.

This action has temporarily suspended all soliciting in the City of Grapevine for the time span of the Declaration.  

Ordinance No. 2014-30 allows citizens to register on the Do-Not Solicit list. Solicitors are prohibited from knocking on doors of addresses on the Do-Not Solicit list.


An address can be added to the list by registering below or visiting the City Secretary's Office at 200 South Main Street.

Solicitors may view a web map of the exempt properties here.

This list will be published (without names or email addresses) each week by 3:00 pm on Monday.

New solicitors will also receive a copy of the list when they are issued their ID badges.
